Emily Franson
Emily Franson Evangelista is a seasoned executive with over 15 years experience. This ranges from cross digital transformation, to organizational change, to digital strategy, to customer experience, to data driven initiatives, and to M&A and user experience. Previously, Emily worked in enterprise software, where she held various responsibilities from leading their Global Digital function. She also built a Customer Engagement organization driving their CX initiatives. She also created a Global Digital Strategy to help reposition brands and innovate their demand generation tactics. This was all done while also supporting some of the world’s largest companies through their Digital Transformations.
Emily also has experience across application development, mergers and acquisitions, field marketing, partner marketing, social media strategy, content development, communications, reinvention, and leadership development in multiple industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. Emily is passionate about continuous improvement and has a CX Pro certification from Forrester and a UX certification from Nielsen Norman Group. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her five children exploring the outdoors. Emily grew up in Detroit, Michigan so she has cars running through her blood. She recently started racing cars and on weekends can be found off roading in her Jeep Gladiator. When not working or mothering, she loves to travel to remote places and has led over 25 humanitarian expeditions for CHOICE Humanitarian, an international non-governmental organization focused on sustainable development.
