Women In AI Panel

Join Tamra Moroski, Jessica Hreha, Linda Lian, and Pallavi Sharma for a discussion on AI innovation, leadership, and the future of technology. Gain valuable insights from industry experts on impactful AI use cases, challenges for women in tech, and strategies for success in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Key Points

  • People think AI is going to magically just spit everything out and just know, but it's not. Humans are responsible for the strategy, and AI is just a tool or an assistant to be able to move through the different stages that you need.
  • The needs around AI vary depending on the size and maturity of your organization, a nuance often overlooked in public discourse. Smaller companies might aim to fully automate workflows with AI, while larger organizations may use it to augment their teams as a supportive copilot.
  • Using buyer engagement data, you can generate incredibly personalized and specific messages and automate them at scale, and you can see incredible conversion rates to meetings, 20% to 25% for some of these signal-based plays.
  • 90% of the buyer journey is happening in self-research and free trials, and everyone's digitally literate. AI can reach deeper into the dark funnel and bring people from the early stages of research to the table to have a consultative conversation
