The AI Revolution in GTM Strategies

Our keynote session delves into ERI’s recent study, "The AI Revolution in GTM Strategies." Discover key insights and hear their perspective on the current landscape: “There’s a lot of confusion in the market. There’s a lot of misunderstanding. There’s a lot of fear, but there’s not a lot of concrete vision.”

Key Points

  • The largest study of its kind, and the first dedicated analysis of how AI is being used in go-to-market. 81% of respondents believe that their organization is in the ideation or interpretation stage of using AI.
  • We realized that we're just at the beginning of AI adoption, and that a lot of companies feel like they're behind. But they're probably not, and they're also having the same anxiety that everyone else is having.
  • Improved data privacy is the thing that will really drive more adoption of AI technologies. Companies want to train AI models on their own datasets rather than intermingle their data with broad data. As AI advances, having the best data and optimizing models for it will be key to winning in the AI era.
  • As industries mature and AI evolves, we'll develop better narratives and understanding. The gap between where we are and the ideal will likely narrow as we learn how to use AI more effectively. It's crucial to focus on these emerging areas where there's potential but still a lack of readiness..
